Rajnish Joshi is a graduate engineer from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology. He has over 45 years of expertise across various domains. Starting from sales, design simulation and control, of indoor environments and energy-saving technologies and products. He has published technical articles, in corrosion prevention, low humidity, energy savings using Enthalpy wheels etc.
He is well versed with design and execution of clean rooms, including HVAC, selection of Fire Safety and BMS system. He has to his credit execution of some intricate Clean rooms in Electronics, Safety Glass, Pharmaceuticals, Stem Cell research and Bio- Safety labs.
He has written technical papers on Design of Clean Rooms, and also presented technical papers at different forums in Industry and through ISHRAE and ASHRAE chapters across the country. Rajnish Joshi is a Promoter Director of SRP Automation Pvt. Ltd. The company was established is 2009. The company is committed to the design, supply, commissioning, and maintenance of life safety, security, and energy management systems and products.
He is also the Promoter Director of CANI Merchandizing Pvt. Ltd.,- a company established in 2000,- and CANI Marketing Pvt Ltd. Both these companies are renowned for introducing numerous innovative products and technologies in energy-saving in the HVAC field.These products span from cross-linked polyolefin foams to thermal diffusers, UFAD (Underfloor Air Distribution), Cooling Towers, chilled beams, Radiant Baffles and more.
Poonam Joshi, is a Director of the company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Hons.) from Delhi University. Her early career was dedicated to the field of education. Later, while pursuing Textile Designing, she ventured into entrepreneurship by starting her own business. She has experience in export marketing, with exposure to European and far Eastern markets in sales of handicraft and horn products. Poonam plays a pivotal role in effectively managing HR, Administration, and Accounts within the organization.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Poonam is a dedicated Rotarian, having held various offices such as Secretary and President of the Club, and actively participating in District Literacy programs.
